We produce publications for Members throughout the year.
The Rules set out in full the terms and conditions of the insurance the Club provides. Every ship's entry in the Club is subject to the Rules. The Members approve any changes to the Rules, at general meetings.
The Bye-Laws set out the basis for the corporate government of the Hellenic. The Members approve any changes to the Bye-Laws at general meetings.
We send Members Circulars to give official notices, for example to give notice of a new AP area or of the rates and terms for the next Policy Year. We also send Circulars to draw attention to matters of general importance – for example the voluntary reporting scheme operating in the Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean.
The Review of the Year includes a Chairman's Statement, Market Review and a summary of key financial and Membership information.
The Directors’ Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for each Policy Year are audited and approved by the Directors. They are then sent to all Members and submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting, which is usually held in September.
We have produced a brochure, giving a general introduction to the Club. It includes sections on cover, rates and service, as well as on mutuality. The brochure also emphasises the benefits of membership.
The Archive contains publications from past Policy Years.
