C3 2022 - Change to AP Areas - Russia, Sea of Azov & Black Sea Waters

The Association's AP Areas are being amended to include Russia and to amend the definition of the Sea of Azov and Black Sea Waters area. The new areas will come into effect from 00.01hrs on 20 April 2022.
